Decals

All decals are shipped along with application instructions inside protective packaging. (If you order multiple decals they will all be shipped in the same zip bag, unless you leave a note to us when you checkout.)

Orders with free shipping come in white 6×9 envelopes with computer-printed shipping labels containing address information and paid postage (letter-rate).  Upgraded shipping includes shipment via USPS First Class Package with tracking; USPS Priority shipping is also available.

Enamel Mugs

Each mug ships in protective packaging. Depending on mug quantity, orders will ship via USPS First Class Package or Priority shipping.

Decal orders with free shipping generally take 3-8 business days once your order ships (Mon. thru Sat., exc. federal and generally observed holidays) for delivery. Orders with package-rate shipping generally take 3-5 business days for delivery, while Priority shipments are 1-3 business days for delivery. On occasion, delivery with any method may take a day or so longer. (Please note that sometimes the mail is delayed for weather-related reasons. In some cases, mistakes are made by USPS workers and this can also cause delays.)

This doesn’t happen too often, but in these instances the package is often delivered to a neighbor’s house/box by mistake. Please check with them first. If for some reason your order still can’t be located, please contact us!

Our decals are made from premium, high-grade vinyl with a glossy finish. They are die-cut from colored vinyl with a layer of clear transfer tape on the top that is removed after application.

Please note that the vinyl we use is not for use on interior walls.

Vinyl adheres best to smooth, hard and flat surfaces and will not adhere to rubber, silicone, cloth, etc.

We always recommend you measure the surface where you plan to stick your decal. That way you’ll know how much space you have and what size will work best for you.

Usually, 5″ or 6″ decals are great for car and truck windows. Our 4″ decals usually work well for laptops or tablets.

For monogram decals, definitely measure the surface as phones, water bottles, etc. vary in size. You’d hate to order something too big!

We’ve done some testing with our stainless steel and plastic water bottles. While we still recommend you hand wash your bottle (or glass, cup, etc.) for longevity, an occasional bath in the dishwasher shouldn’t damage your decal. Just be sure to place your item on the top rack.

Also know that the decal won’t last near as long when constantly put through the heat of the dishwasher. We want your sticker to last as long as possible!

This is because the transfer tape hasn’t been removed. Squeegee the top of the decal firmly and then, starting at one corner, pull back the transfer tape at a sharp angle.

All of our mugs are stainless steel, white enamel-coated camp mugs. These lightweight mugs hold 12 ounces of hot or cold liquid and are approximately 3.125” from top to bottom.

We print the artwork on our mugs using a process called sublimation. This process uses special ink and heat to transfer the design to the mug surface.

We recommend hand-washing your mug for best results. And please don’t try to use it in the microwave. 🙂
