How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via Pay with Amazon or PayPal; these payment gateways accept all major credit and debit cards. All payment information is handled via Amazon or PayPal, so we do not have access to payment information including card numbers.

What about my information? Do you sell your customer info?

Your information, including email address, is private and is only used to fulfill your order or to contact you if we have questions about your order. We don’t sell our customers’ information. We hate spam too!

I want to change my order to add something. (Or I want change the color of my decal.) Can I do that?

Please contact us regarding the changes you’d like to make as soon as possible. We’ll see what we can do!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As decals are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re a happy customer!

How is my order shipped?

All decals are shipped along with application instructions inside protective packaging within a rigid mailer. This helps ensure that your purchase arrives to you in the best possible condition. (If you order multiple decals they will all be shipped in the same zip bag, unless you tell us otherwise at checkout.) Standard shipping includes shipment via USPS First Class Package with tracking number; Priority shipping is also available.

It usually takes 3-5 USPS business days (Mon. thru Sat., exc. federal and generally observed holidays) for delivery with standard shipping once your order ships; on occasion it may take a day or so longer. (Please note that sometimes the mail is delayed for weather-related reasons. In rare cases, mistakes are made by USPS workers and this can also cause delays.)

Priority shipping takes generally 2-3 business days.

My order shows 'Delivered' but I haven't received it. What now?

This doesn’t happen too often, but in these instances the package is often delivered to a neighbor’s house/box by mistake. Please check with them first. If for some reason your order still can’t be located, please contact us!

We’re sorry, but we can’t be held responsible for misdelivered packages or mail shipped to an incorrect or outdated address. Please be sure your address is correct and current before completing your order. If this has happened, please contact us and we’ll work with you to see what can be done.
